Business Development Manager
We’re seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate prospects to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and partners to achieve commercial success.
- Plan, implement competitive marketing & engagement strategies.
- Regularly update company stakeholders with activity reports and progress on closures.
- Travelling is required.

- Strong ability to build and sustain commercial relationships.
- Possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Services/ISP industry.
- At least 5 years in customer-facing roles, managing customer accounts & relationships.
- Skilled in service delivery, with expertise in service delivery from ITIL to COBIT.
- Broadly familiar with media and telecommunications technologies (e.g. Live streaming and encoders, VOD, IPTV, OTT).
- Strong commercial understanding of internet-based services.
- Strong technical understanding and familiarity with technologies used for internet-based services.
