Systems & Network Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic and eager Systems & Network Engineer to join us. Roles & Responsibilities
- Network and Infrastructure Management
- Deeply involve in design and planning our global network infrastructure
- Provision and manage systems and servers across our worldwide infrastructure
- Manage the inventory of servers and network devices
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, policies, procedures, and service records
- Relocate servers and switches within data centres as needed
- IT Operations and Support
- Provide network operation support, including problem determination and troubleshooting network incidents
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to handle incidents and optimise performance
- Participate in standby rotation when needed
- Ensure IT operations run smoothly for Singapore office

Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience
- Fresh graduates with a strong foundation and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
- Candidates with network-related certifications such as CCNA/CCNP will have an advantage
- Proficiency in data centre network
- data centre architecture and operations
- network technologies and monitoring protocols such as (TCP/IP, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN and MPLS)
- In-depth knowledge and experience at server hardware layer
- Hands-on experience in systems administration
- Linux system administration and hypervisor architecture
- Automation tools such as Ansible and Puppet
- LDAP and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong foundational knowledge in cyber security is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, ensuring clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing
