Your account will be created once you successfully purchase a plan. Go to ‘Getting Started’ for step-by-step instructions on setup and usage of MaxiSafe.

New MaxiSafe subscribers will be immediately granted a 2-month free trial. If you have subscribed for a plan on 11/06/2025, your free-trial period will begin on 11/06/2025 and end on 31/07/2025. No charges will be incurred if you cancel your subscription before this date. Billing will start on the first day of the following month.

Yes, prices for all MaxiSafe plans are displayed in USD.

We accept payments in USD and support all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Yes, invoices are provided for every billing cycle, on the 4th of every month. Customers can access the invoice via the SwiftFederation Portal.

MaxiSafe package plans follow the monthly billing cycle outlined below:

– The subscription renews on the 1st day of each month.
– An invoice will be sent on the 4th day of each month.
– If you sign up at any time before the 1st, you will get immediate access, and your first payment charge occurs on the 1st of the following month.

Example:
If you subscribe to a plan on the 15th, you won’t be charged until the 1st of the next month and you will receive an invoice on the 4th.

Currently, all MaxiSafe plans are charged monthly, and custom billing options are not supported.

Taxes are applied based on your billing location:

– For customers outside of Singapore, no taxes will be charged.
– For customers in Singapore, a 9% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied.
– The billing location is determined based on credit card information provided during checkout.

Yes, all plans are automatically renewed on the first day of each month to ensure uninterrupted service.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and your plan will remain active until the end of the month. Additional fees (if any) will be charged in the next calendar month.

Additional usage will be automatically charged if the included package delivery volume or domain limit is exceeded. Charges are as follows:

Standard:

– USD 0.01/GB for additional usage
– USD 20 per additional domain

Pro:

– USD 0.008/GB for additional usage
– USD 20 per additional domain

Enterprise:

– USD 0.01/GB for additional usage
– USD 20 per additional domain

Ultimate:

– USD 0.008/GB for additional usage
– USD 20 per additional domain

We accomodate and support additional usage past plan limits to ensure your web content is continuously delivered without interruptions. Check Pricing for more details.

Additional usage will be automatically charged per 50 QPS if the included package peak QPS limit is exceeded. Charges are as follows:

Standard:

– USD 100 per 50 additional QPS block

Pro:

– USD 15 per 50 additional QPS block

Enterprise:

– USD 200 per 50 additional QPS block

Ultimate:

– USD 40 per 50 additional QPS block

Example:
Case 1: Pro Package with a recorded peak QPS of 800.
– Package Limit: 1,000 QPS
– Additional QPS Rate: USD 15/50 QPS
– Recorded Peak QPS: 800
– Additional QPS: 0
Result: No additional charges incurred.

Case 2: Pro Package with a recorded peak QPS of 1,149.
– Package Limit: 1,000 QPS
– Additional QPS Rate: USD 15/50 QPS
– Recorded Peak QPS: 1,149
– Additional QPS: 149
– Additional QPS Calculation: 149/50=2 blocks (rounded down)
– Additional Charges: 2 blocks×USD 15=USD 30
Result: USD 30 additional charges due to exceeded usage.

Note: The calculation results for exceeded QPS usage are rounded down, and only an integer will be kept for the final bill.
