Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam – Conversant Solutions, a Singapore-headquartered technology company offering solutions in network delivery, cloud security, and edge computing, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with VNetwork, a leading Vietnam-based ICT and cybersecurity company. The agreement reinforces the companies’ ongoing partnership and poise for increasing focus on application and API security for Vietnamese businesses.
The MOU outlines two key areas of strategic collaboration, (i) market development and, (ii) the technology integration of Conversant’s MaxiSafe AI-driven solution with VNetwork’s comprehensive VNIS security platform. It builds on a trusted relationship established through a prior partnership in content delivery.

The signing took place during the Vietnam Security Summit on 23 May 2025, underscoring both companies’ commitment to building trusted, collaborative partnerships that strengthen the cybersecurity ecosystem.
