Security Solutions Sales Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Security Solutions Sales Manager who is passionate about leading the charge in the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within the dynamic markets across Asia. This role is central to developing and executing advanced sales strategies, focusing on our Cloud Security solutions. As the vanguard of our security sales efforts, you will be instrumental in forging strategic client relationships, driving market penetration, and steering our product and marketing collaborations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies tailored for the diverse and dynamic security landscape of the Asian markets, emphasising Web Application and API Protection (WAAP).
- Drive the adaptation of strategies to cater to evolving security threats and opportunities.
- Build deep, consultative relationships with clients across Asia, guiding them to tailored cloud security solutions, considering each country and industry’s unique regulatory and cybersecurity challenges.
- Work closely with respective in-country sales teams to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned and effectively implemented.
- Involve actively in Go-To-Market (GTM), collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and client engagement.
- Support channels and partners, facilitating training, and enabling them to effectively sell and service WAAP and other security solutions.
- Establish yourself as the in-house and industry-wide security expert, continually updating the team on security trends, competitive landscapes, and client success stories in key Asian markets.

- Experience leading teams or projects that have significantly impacted market share or revenue growth in the Asian region.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, showing resilience and adaptability in the face of ambiguity and rapidly changing market conditions.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time), engaging directly with strategic markets and key clients to foster growth and understand market dynamics firsthand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in cybersecurity sales with a focus on cloud security solutions.
- Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, etc.) is a bonus.
- Prior experience across Southeast Asia and China markets is desirable.
