Senior Software Engineer
We are in search for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to product and project development, design high-quality system architectures, and optimise performance using data algorithms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams, assist in customer onboarding, and develop key modules to enhance system efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in product and project development.
- Assist in managing customer onboarding process and technical solutioning.
- Analyse requirements from products/projects owner and customer.
- Design high quality and detailed architecture and system for products and projects, and prepare the corresponding design documentation.
- Develop key modules and algorithm for products and projects.
- Using data algorithms to provide data analysis, report generation, intelligent alerts, and other functionalities for products and projects.
- Use big data to continuously optimise algorithms in order to enhance system throughput, response speed, storage and computation efficiency.
- Effectively manage configuration for product or software version releases.
- Communicate with sales team and operation team to provide technical solution for key issues or inquiries.
Desirable Skills/ Qualities
- Eager to learn, motivated, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Experience in CDN, cybersecurity or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in mandarin speaking in a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering (Computer) / Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in product or project development role(s).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Strong software application design and development skills.
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
