Solutions Consultant (Presales)
We are looking for a dynamic solutions consultant eager to drive transformation. As a key member in our sales team, providing essential support throughout the sales cycle. From managing technical presentations and documentation to orchestrating the entire tender submission process, your role will be crucial in ensuring our technical solutions meet clients’ needs and are communicated effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary approval process. Coordinate with other Departments on overall budget execution, review, and control
- Provide comprehensive support for all sales activities of the sales team and partners.
- Manage and document Proof of Concept (POC) results to ensure clarity and effectiveness in presentation.
- Oversee the complete tender submission process, including the creation of technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed project schedules/timelines.
- Organise post-sale briefings to ensure the technical team is fully prepared for implementation.
- Act as a technical liaison between sales teams and clients to facilitate clear and productive communication.

- Highly organised and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deliver compelling customer presentations to both commercial and technical audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience.
- Strong knowledge and technical proficiency in CDN, Cloud, Security, IDC, and Service Provider industries.
- Candidates with the following experiences will have an advantage:
- CDN, Edge Compute, and Cloud service delivery including configuration, troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers, with good understanding of IDC and/or service provider’s network topology.
- Perform customer-facing roles within industries such as OTT streaming, gaming, e-commerce.
- Manage bids and respond to Requests for Proposals
- Proficient in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
