Jakarta, Indonesia – Conversant Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) to offer a CDN-as-a-Service (CaaS) solution for digital content providers and enterprises across Indonesia. The agreement was formalised at a signing ceremony held at Telkom Landmark Tower in Jakarta.
This collaboration brings together Telkom’s extensive network reach and Conversant’s proprietary CDN platform, aiming to provide efficient, secure, and high-performance content delivery for enterprises, content providers, and digital platforms.
“Today’s collaboration is the foundation for a better future,” said Honesti Basyir, Telkom’s Director of Wholesale. “We are optimistic that in the long run, this collaboration will provide significant added value, not only for Telkom and Conversant, but also for Indonesia’s digital ecosystem more broadly.”
“CDN services require a strong and widespread network infrastructure,” added Nanang Hendarno, Telkom’s Network Director. “With this collaboration, Telkom will optimise our national network to support faster, more stable and secure digital content delivery to all corners of Indonesia.”

Meeting Growing Demand for Scalable Digital Delivery
The joint CDN-as-a-Service offering is built to meet the demands of enterprises that require low latency, high availability, and consistent digital experiences, especially in high-traffic segments like video streaming, OTT services, e-commerce, and gaming.
Conversant’s CEO, Cheong Fun Hua, said: “We are very excited to collaborate with Telkom. Together, we will deliver digital content distribution services that support the growth of the Indonesia’s digital economy.”
The service leverages Telkom’s PoP infrastructure in 8 major Indonesian cities, and spans across 54 countries, allowing customers to serve both local and international audiences from a unified solution.
Built for Flexibility and Performance
Beyond core acceleration, the service can be extended with optional features including media processing, cloud storage, and integrated security. It is suitable for platforms and enterprises that require reliable, scalable delivery without the burden of managing in-house infrastructure.
For businesses navigating rapid growth, geographic spread, or fluctuating traffic volumes, this flexibility is essential. Customisable packages allow organisations to align service delivery with specific user needs.
Strengthening Federated Delivery Across the Southeast Asia
This partnership is part of Conversant’s ongoing commitment to strengthening digital delivery across Asia through close collaborations with telecom partners. At the centre of this approach is SwiftFederation – a model that supports distributed deployment, improves localisation, and helps reduce the time and resources required to scale.
By combining shared infrastructure with flexible delivery options, the federated model offers a practical way forward for businesses needing consistent performance across borders without complex build-outs.
Expanding the Digital Delivery Ecosystem
Through partnerships like this, Conversant continues to deepen its role in Southeast Asia’s evolving digital landscape – improving how content is delivered while reinforcing the reliability, scale, and protection today’s services demand. It’s a focus shaped by real-world demands, ensuring that businesses can grow with confidence as expectations rise and boundaries expand.
